At V!VA Academy, we’re not your average cosmetology school. Our hybrid program combines virtual education with real, hands-on salon experience—but the most important part of our program is the apprenticeship journey.

Our students must complete 3,200 hours working behind the chair, but before they can begin, they need to be matched with a licensed stylist who agrees to mentor them. Once a stylist accepts, the student receives an apprentice license that’s valid only under their assigned trainer.

As their trainer, you’ll gain a pre-trained, flexible assistant who’s ready to support your salon while continuing to grow—and the best part? You get to guide and mold them to work your way, in your space. It’s a win-win: your business gets the support it needs, and they get the mentorship they’re craving.
